Board Member’s Corner
Welcome! Here you will find contact information for each member of our board of directors, and a quick description of our duties. We welcome you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. The board meets once a month, at the preschool, attendance is open to all parents. Please see “Important News” to find the date and time of the next scheduled board meeting.
The business and affairs of the preschool are controlled and conducted by the Board of Directors which consists of elected parent volunteers who serve as the executive officers.
The 2023/24 School Board Members Include:
Erica Weatherbee
President
Main Responsibilities Include: Serves as “Official Representative” for the preschool, maintains any updates and revisions to the parent handbook, and calls meetings. Also conducts all correspondence and collecting of fundraising materials, prepares data on monies raised from fundraising efforts and coordinates distribution of fundraising products.

Sarah Britton
Vice President
Main Responsibilities Include: Acts as the preschool’s officer of public relations, media, and graphic design. Oversees Wee Ones website, assists with social media accounts, prepares graphic and other visual design for branding, advertising and classroom communications. Also assists with the planning and implementation of classroom design.

Kristal Hisler
Secretary
Main Responsibilities Include: Prepares and reports board meeting minutes, acts as permanent chairperson of enrollment and is responsible for paperwork collection and correspondence during registration. Conducts correspondence as directed by board and prepares student directory.

Chelsey Carpenter
Financial Manager
Main Responsibilities Include: Prepares the annual budget, makes deposits and reconciles all bank statements, monitors all tuition payments and provides monthly reports to the board.

Steffanie Hale
Trustee
Main Responsibilities Include: Acts as the preschool’s officer of fundraising. Oversees and organizes various fundraisers throughout the year including T-shirt sales and Little Caesar’s Pizza Kits as well as the preschool’s main annual Purse Bingo fundraising event.
